Transistors (bipolar)

Transistors are able to route voltages and currents. Bipolar models are accessed by electrical current and are equipped with basis, emitter and collector terminals. Our shop carries a multitude of type NPN or PNP bipolar transistors. Our range of bipolar transistors covers Darlington low power transistors and Darlington power transistors as well as NF low power transistors. Components can be ordered according to SOT 23, TO 247 or TO 92, manufactured by ST Microelectronics. Depending on type and field of application the collector current ranges between 0.1 and 25 amperes while maximum current amplification is between 200 and 800.
