Transistor Insulation

In our category transistor insulation we carry variouw electrical insulation components for the installation of transistors. Beside mica discs we offer insulating bushes, insulation sets and silicin insulators. The silicon insulator are enhanced with glass fiber and sport a high thermic conductivity, rendering the use of thermal paste obsolete. The glass fiber enhancement assures a high mechanical stability while providing flexible insulators. Silicon insulators facilitate a continuous transistor insulation at operating temperatures of -60 °C to 200 °C and feature a breakdown voltage (m) of 7000 Vac. The insulation set in our shop consists of a mica disc, insulation bush, cylinder head screw and nut. Transparent mica discs are available as well in shapes matching TO 220, TO3 and TOP 3 enclosures.
