A real alternative: Yuasa's lead batteries
As early as 1913, company founder Shichizaemon Yuasa began research into metal electrolysis. The establishment of Yuasa Battery Manufacturing within the Yuasa Iron Works in Sakai City (Osaka Prefecture) in 1915 marked the beginning of the production of rechargeable batteries. Today, Yuasa is a global company with its own products in the automotive and industrial sectors.
With the NP VRLA and NPL VRLA series Yuasa offers real alternatives for many no longer available accumulators of the manufacturer Panasonic. Slight differences in the connection type and dimensions are compensated for by equally high quality and service life.
In the voltages 6 V and 12 V, the batteries are available with capacities from 0.8 Ah to 64 Ah. VDS approval is a matter of course, as is EUROBAT class Standard Commercial 3-5.
This makes the cells ideal not only for standby and light cyclic applications, including fire and security systems, but also for emergency lighting, solar and wind power systems, and UPS systems.
