Encitech Connectors AB is now part of Beijer Tech AB.

Beijer Tech AB is a Nordic industrial trading group with an annual turnover of more than EUR 100 million and one of three divisions within Beijer Alma AB.

 

With the transfer to Beijer Tech AB, the former owners Henrik Olsen and Ulf Henckel have laid the foundation for a successful future for the company.

Henrik Olser and Ulf Henckel will continue to manage the day-to-day business independently, but will be supported by Beijer Alma AB in their investments and strategic decisions.

 

For Encitech Connectors AB's trading partners, the takeover will not change anything for the time being. Rather, customers and interested parties can look forward to the opportunities and developments that will result from this sale.
