Memory Chips

Memory modules are integrated circuits consisting of a multitude of memory cells, enabling volatile and non-volatile storage of data. Our shop offers an entire array of diverse memory modules, differing in design and storage capacity, including EPROMs, EEPROMs and Flash EEPROMs, suited for either surface-mount technology (SMT) or through-hole reflow soldering (THR). EPROM, or erasable programmable read only memory is a memory technology that allows for the memory module to be programmed via an EPROM burner. Erasure is achieved by UV-light through a window in the case. Along with UV-erasable EPROMs, write-once OMT-EPROMs are available as well. EEPROMs and Flash-EEPROMs are electrically solderable. Typical applications for these memory modules include telephone and BIOS memory in laptops and computers.
