Subminiaturlüfter – DC-Lüfter

Eine Spezialität im Sunon-Portfolio sind radiale Subminiaturlüfter mit Kantenmaß ab 9 x 3 mm. Sie sind konzipiert für kleinste Geräte mit kompaktem Innenleben und hoher thermischer Belastung und für andere Applikationen, die Subminiaturlüfter erfordern.

Mighty Mini Blower ist als Innenläufer für 3 V- und 5 V-Nennspannung konzipiert. Die Steuerelektronik in Form eines einzelnen ICs und die Antriebsspule sind in den Rahmen eingebettet. Diese Konstruktion erlaubt maximale Lüfterraddimensionierungen. Eine weitere Besonderheit der Mighty Mini Blower ist die geringe Bauhöhe von nur 3 mm. Lieferbar sind sie in den Rahmenmaßen 9 mm bis 30 mm.

    SUNON has been successfully manufacturing AC fans for years, and the products are widely used in industrial automation, retail, refrigeration, stage lighting, etc.

    In our range, we offer a wide range of high quality and efficient AC fans, suitable for your needs.

    The fans are connected via open stranded wires, or very simply and safely with a flat plug. Common sizes between 60 x 60 mm, 80 x 80 mm, 92 x 92 mm and 120 x 120 mm are available.
    You can choose between versions with vapo bearing, sleeve bearing or ball bearing.

    SUNON AC fans are also characterized by their low noise levels between 28 dBA and 45 dBA. Nevertheless, flow rates of up to 164 m3/h are achieved.

    With the HA series from SUNON, disturbing operating noises are almost completely a thing of the past. Thanks to the special aerodynamic shape of the wing blades and improvements to the motor and chassis, SUNON has succeeded in reducing noise emissions to a minimum - only 20 phon as the maximum value still reaches the ear.

    This makes these fans particularly suitable for use in areas such as medical or telecommunications, where the lowest noise emission is important. The fans of this series are equipped with a maintenance-free, magnetic Vapo bearing and offer air capacities from 9.2 to max. 93.4 m³/h in the sizes 40x40mm to 120x120mm.
