Bel Fuse has been at the forefront of the industry shift to board level, surface mount, fuse designs, including our C2Q Chip Fuses with 0603 footprint. Many of today’s smaller hand held devices incorporate this newer technology and Bel Fuse is poised to help!

The circuit protection offering also includes PCB mount 277V radial fuses, as well all standard glass and ceramic cartridge fuses including axial leaded board mounted options. Bel Fuse also offers a complete product offering in PPTC resettable fuses. And, in addition to the standard products, Bel Fuse offers a wide range of value-add options to facilitate more efficient assembly on the production line.

    Circuit protection from Bel Fuse offers a broad product portfolio for various applications.
     
    Whether resettable PTC, surface mountable SMD or wired radial fuses in a plastic body: Bel Fuse offers fuses for almost every application and installation case for the production, IT, medical or automotive industries.
     
    For example, the 0ZT series types are resettable high-temperature PPTC surface mount fuses for automotive, Ethernet and other applications requiring a high operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C. The 0ZT series includes 5 chip sizes: 0ZTF (2920), 0ZTG (1812), 0ZTH (1210), 0ZTJ (1206) and 0ZTK (0805).
     
    Bel's small 1206 chip size fuses are characterized by high overvoltage withstand capability and high inrush current capability in a single, consolidated series. For automotive apps that require high I2t values, including navigation systems, BMS systems and LED headlights.

    Bel Power Solutions, a Bel Group company, offers radial miniature fuses in the MRT, MRF and RST series, which can also be used worldwide thanks to international standardization.
     
    Despite the smallest dimensions, nominal sizes of up to 5 A are available, thus ensuring the possibility of flexible use in a wide range of applications.

    The radial, leaded design with a pitch of 5.08 mm (MRF & MRT) does not waste any space on the PCB, but still offers maximum safety for sensitive circuits.
