MagJack® Integrated Connector Modules

The MagJack® Integrated Connector Module (ICM) product-line is Bel Fuse’s premier family of products for Ethernet networking applications. Ranging from 10/100BaseT to 10GBaseT to PoE(plus), the ICM product line covers every Ethernet application in the market today.

The ICM product-line includes single port, SMT, vertical mount, USB-combo, single-row harmonic style and double-stack, high density RJ45 connectors, many capable of transmitting up to 60 watts of power for PoE applications. All the connectors are UL listed and manufactured by Bel Fuse.

Bel Fuse ICMs boast the most comprehensive offering of circuits and footprints for any application. Every connector is 100% tested in production and uses our patented wire-wrapping technology to ensure high reliability even in the most environmentally challenging conditions.

Bel Stewart MagJack Advantage

At Bel, we use a manufacturing process where wire-wrap all magnetic wire to a metal post—as opposed to soldering wire to a pad on the PCB. This wire-wrapping process is automatable and allows for a significantly higher yield and field reliability than the alternatives. This allows our designs to be more robust and hold up to more sever operating conditions — which many customers agree allows them worry-free designs from the connector I/O stand-point.

Bel Stewart also owns several key patents pertaining to critical areas of the ICM performance. We use our depth of engineering expertise to help customers meet strict Emissions and Signal Transmission requirements that one can not just get from an off-the-shelf ICM.
