Disodium Peroxodisulphate

Sodium persulfate is water-soluble and well suited for etching copper coatings off of circuit boards. Compared to etching with ferric chloride, or Iron (III) chloride, it has a lesser tendency to undercut and thus allows for generation of much finer structures. The BUNGARD disodium sodium persulfate offered in our shop may be ordered in conveniently stored bags of one kilogram each and is intended exclusively for etching inside cuvettes. For creation of stable solutions, 200 to 250 grams of disodium sodium persulfate per liter of water are required. The chemical is scheduled as a UN1505 hazard and has to be handled with the appropriate care and strict adherence to safety regulations.
